Jake takes a different approach. The goal is to find the right solution for the job, not the most expensive one. He’ll explain what needs to be done, why it needs doing and what your options are, so you can make an informed decision.

We also believe in being upfront about pricing. Where possible, Jake can indicate costs, particularly if photos give him a good idea of what’s involved. However, plumbing jobs can vary considerably once you see what’s actually happening, so he prefers to inspect the job before committing to a price rather than giving you a figure that sounds good but may not be realistic.

With more than 10 years of plumbing experience, Jake has the knowledge and practical experience to tackle plumbing problems properly. He holds Certificate III and Certificate IV in Plumbing and is a fully licensed and insured plumbing contractor, with approximately $20 million in public liability insurance.
